當地時間2020年5月18日，歐委會(hui) 收到申請方的撤案申請書(shu) ，申請方申請撤訴。預計歐委會(hui) 很快會(hui) 發布正式公告終止案件調查。
       2019年12月18日，歐委會(hui) 發布公告，決(jue) 定對中國鑄鐵製品發起反吸收調查。涉案產(chan) 品為(wei) 片狀石墨鑄鐵（灰鑄鐵）或球磨鑄鐵件，及其部件（certain articles of lamellar graphite cast iron (grey iron) or spheroidal graphite cast iron (also known as ductile cast iron), and parts）。立案後，我會(hui) 積極組織涉案企業(ye) 召開了應訴工作會(hui) ，並組織19家主要出口企業(ye) 開展行業(ye) 抗辯工作。(機電商會(hui) ）
