英國通報2021年電動汽車（智能充電點）法規

這是根據《2018年自動和電動汽車（AEV）法案》發布的法規通知。AEV法案通過二級立法賦予英國政府權力，要求在英國銷售或安裝的私人電動汽車（EV）充電點必須具有智能功能並滿足最低設備級別要求。

This is a notice for regulations due to be laid under the 'Automated and electric vehicles (AEV) act 2018'. The AEV Act gives the UK Government the powers through secondary legislation to mandate that private electric vehicle (EV) chargepoints sold or installed in the UK must have smart functionality and meet minimum device-level requirements.

The UK gave a "pre-notification" in March 2021 to give members the opportunity to provide early comment. No technical comments were received. The UK is now formally notifying members of its intention to lay secondary legislation for electric vehicle smart chargepoints.

Proposed date of adoption: Regulations will be laid in Parliament later in 2021, date tbc.

Regulations will come into force in two stages. The majority of the requirements will be enforced 6 months after the legislation is "made" (no later than mid-2022), the security requirements will follow 12 months after the legislation is "made" (no later than end-2022). Dates tbc.
