This draft Commission Implementing Decision requires EU Member States to designate and make available the frequency bands 5150-5250 MHz, 5250- 5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz, on a non-exclusive basis, for the implementation of WAS/RLANs in accordance with the technical conditions set out in the in the technical annex.
