根據法規（EU）第6條，本倡議提供了關(guan) 於(yu) 事件數據記錄器係統的汽車和貨車認證的技術要求和試驗程序歐洲議會(hui) 和理事會(hui) 2019/2144號決(jue) 議，包括在歐盟法律中適用01係列修正案的要求，聯合國第160號條例。它還包括EDR係統作為(wei) 獨立技術單元的批準。

This initiative provides the technical requirements and test procedures for the approval of cars and vans with regard to the event data recorder systems in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2144 of the European Parliament and of the Council including by making applicable in EU law the requirements of 01 Series of Amendments UN Regulation No 160. It also covers the approval of EDR systems as separate technical units.
