Proposed rule - In this document, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB), the Office of Economics and Analytics (OEA), and the Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) (collectively, the Bureau and Offices) seek comment on proposed technical requirements to implement the mobiles challenge, verification, and crowdsourcing processes required by the Broadband DATA Act.

Comments are due on or before 27 August 2021; reply comments are due on or before 13 September 2021.
