越南通報非獨立5G用戶設備無線電接入國家技術法規草案

關(guan) 於(yu) 非獨立5G用戶設備-無線電接入的國家技術法規草案基於(yu) ：

-ETSI TS 138 101-3 V16.6.0（2021-04）：5G用戶設備（UE）無線傳(chuan) 輸和接收；第3部分：範圍1和範圍2與(yu) 其他無線電的互通操作（3GPP TS 38.101-3版本16.7.0版本16）；

-ETSI TS 138 521-3（V16.7.0）（05-2021）：“5G用戶設備（UE）一致性規範；無線電發射和接收；第3部分：範圍1和範圍2與(yu) 其他無線電的互通操作（3GPP TS 38.521-3版本16.7.0版本16）。

本技術法規草案規定了非獨立5G用戶設備的無線電接入技術要求，這些設備在表1中規定的所有或一個(ge) 波段組合器上運行，並符合本法規草案和越南無線電頻率管理和使用條例的要求；

本技術法規草案適用於(yu) 在越南境內(nei) 製造和交易本法規所涵蓋設備的越南和外國組織和個(ge) 人。

擬通過日期：2021年11月1日

擬議生效日期：2022年1月1日

The draft National technical regulation on Non-standalone 5G User Equipment - Radio access is based on:

- ETSI TS 138 101-3 V16.6.0 (2021-04): 5G User Equipment (UE) radio transmission and reception; Part 3: Range 1 and Range 2 Interworking operation with other radioses (3GPP TS 38.101-3 version 16.7.0 Release 16);

- ETSI TS 138 521-3 (V16.7.0) (05-2021): "5G User Equipment (UE) conformance specification; Radio transmission and reception; Part 3: Range 1 and Range 2 Interworking operation with other radioses (3GPP TS 38.521-3 version 16.7.0 Release 16).

This draft technical regulation specifies the radio access technical requirements for Non-Standalone 5G User Equipment operating on all or one of the band combiners specified in Table 1 and complying with the requirements of this draft Regulation and the regulations on management and use of radio frequencies in Vietnam;

This draft technical regulation applies to Vietnamese and foreign organizations and individuals that manufacture and trade in equipment covered by this regulation in the territory of Vietnam.

Proposed date of adoption: 1 November 2021

Proposed date of entry into force: 1 January 2022
