越南通報國家信息通信網絡終端設備電氣安全要求技術規定草案

關(guan) 於(yu) 連接到信息和通信網絡的終端設備電氣安全要求的國家技術法規草案基於(yu) EN 62949:2017，參考IEC 62368-1:2014，旨在取代QCVN 22:2010/BTTTT“電信終端設備電氣安全國家技術法規”。

本技術法規草案適用於(yu) 其接口設計用於(yu) 連接信息和通信（ICT）網絡的通信終端設備。

本技術法規草案不適用於(yu) ：

•符合IEC 62368-1的設備本身的安全要求；和

•與(yu) 其他網絡的接口。

本技術法規草案適用於(yu) 在越南境內(nei) 製造和交易本法規所涵蓋設備的越南和外國組織和個(ge) 人。

擬通過日期：2021年11月1日

擬議生效日期：2022年7月1日

The draft National technical regulation on electrical safety requirements for terminal equipment to be connected to information and communication networks is based on EN 62949:2017, with references to IEC 62368-1:2014 and is intended to supersede the QCVN 22:2010/BTTTT "National technical regulation on electrical safety of Telecommunications Terminal Equipment".

This draft technical regulation applies to communication terminal equipment whose interfaces are designed and intended for connection to information and communication (ICT) networks.

This draft technical regulation does not apply to:

• the safety requirements of the equipment itself according to IEC 62368-1; and

• interfaces to other networks.

This draft technical regulation applies to Vietnamese and foreign organizations and individuals that manufacture and trade in equipment covered by this regulation in the territory of Vietnam.

Proposed date of adoption: 1 November 2021

Proposed date of entry into force: 1 July 2022
