巴西通報機械聯接裝置（掛接裝置）供應商技術質量規定

國家計量、質量和技術研究所（Inmetro）發布了第309號法令（2021年7月5日），該法令批準了機械耦合裝置（掛接裝置）供應商技術質量法規的合並。

本法規的合並目標是遵守2020年11月28日第10.139號法令。

National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology - Inmetro, issued the Ordinance No. 309, 05 July 2021 that approves the consolidation of technical quality regulation for supplier of mechanical coupling device (hitch).

The aim of the consolidation of the regulation is to attend decree no. 10.139 of 28 November 2020.
Inmetro Ordinance No. 309 revokes:

•Inmetro Ordinance No. 215, of 22 June 2007, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette of 26 June 2007, section 1, page 38;

•Inmetro Ordinance No. 16, of 19 January 2009, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette of 22 January 2009, section 1, page 53;

•Inmetro Ordinance No. 154, of 28 May 2009, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette of 1 June 2009, section 1, page 85;

•Inmetro Ordinance No. 245, of 4 September 2009, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette of 9 September 2009, section 1, page 49; and

•Inmetro Ordinance No. 141, of 21 March 2011, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette of 23 March 2011, section 1, page 109.
