美國ITC發布對用於液晶顯示器的玻璃基板及其下遊產品和製造此類基板的方法的337部分終裁

2025年2月26日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）發布公告稱，對特定用於(yu) 液晶顯示器的玻璃基板及其下遊產(chan) 品和製造此類基板的方法（Certain Glass Substrates for Liquid Crystal Displays, Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Manufacturing the Same，調查編碼：337-TA-1433）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官於(yu) 2025年2月17日作出的初裁（No.7）不予複審，即基於(yu) 申請方撤回，終止本案對美國注冊(ce) 專(zhuan) 利號7,851,394的調查。

2025年1月17日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）投票決(jue) 定對特定用於(yu) 液晶顯示器的玻璃基板及其下遊產(chan) 品和製造此類基板的方法（Certain Glass Substrates for Liquid Crystal Displays, Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Manufacturing the Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1433）。

2024年12月18日，美國Corning Incorporated, Corning, New York向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chan) 品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國注冊(ce) 專(zhuan) 利號7,851,394、8,627,684、9,512,025和盜取商業(ye) 秘密），請求美國ITC發布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
