美國ITC發布對智能吊扇及其組件、相關係統和軟件的337部分終裁

2024年9月9日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）發布公告稱，對特定智能吊扇及其組件、相關(guan) 係統和軟件（Certain Smart Ceiling Fans, Components Thereof, and Associated Systems and Software Thereof，調查編碼：337-TA-1374）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官於(yu) 2024年8月14日作出的初裁（No.23）不予複審，即基於(yu) 申請方撤回，終止本案調查。

2023年10月20日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）投票決(jue) 定對特定智能吊扇及其組件、相關(guan) 係統和軟件（Certain Smart Ceiling Fans, Components Thereof, and Associated Systems and Software Thereof）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1374）。

2023年9月20日，美國Wangs Alliance Corporation d/b/a of WAC Lighting of Port Washington,New York向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chan) 品侵犯了其知識產(chan) 權（美國注冊(ce) 專(zhuan) 利號11,028,854、10,488,897、11,598,345），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國Minka Lighting, LLC, of Newport News, Virginia、美國Tech Lighting LLC of Skokie, Illinois、美國VC Brands, LLC, of Skokie, Illinois為(wei) 列名被告。
