美國ITC發布對視頻處理設備及其下遊產品的337部分終裁

2023年8月1日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）發布公告稱，對特定視頻處理設備及其下遊產(chan) 品（Certain Video Processing Devices and Products Containing the Same，調查編碼：337-TA-1323）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官於(yu) 2023年7月10日作出的初裁（No.47）進行複審後確認，美國注冊(ce) 專(zhuan) 利號8,139,878的相關(guan) 訴求無效，ITC對7,769,238不采取立場，因此本案不存在侵權並終止調查。此前本案部分列名被告曾與(yu) 申請方達成和解，申請方曾部分撤回調查申請。

2022年8月3日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）投票決(jue) 定對特定視頻處理設備及其下遊產(chan) 品（Certain Video Processing Devices and Products Containing the Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1323）。

2022年7月5日，美國VideoLabs, Inc. of Palo Alto, CA向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chan) 品侵犯了其專(zhuan) 利權（美國注冊(ce) 專(zhuan) 利號7,769,238、8,139,878、8,208,542、7,372,452），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。
