On December 26 2016, the Signing Ceremony of Cooperation Agreement on African Service Center of Chinese Machinery and Electronic Products, co-hosted by CCCME and Hansom Group, was has held in Beijing's China National Convention Center. CCCME Vice President WANG Guiqing and Board Chairman and General Manager of Hansom, together with leaders from Ministry of Commerce, China Railway International Group and Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce, etc. attended the event.

On the ceremony, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobiles Import & Export Co., Ltd., Weichai Holding Group Co., Ltd., Xuanhua Construction Machinery CO., LTD., Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., Guizhou Jonyang Kinetics Co., Ltd. and Sunward Inteuigent NT EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. and Sunward Intelligent Equipment Group signed to become the first group of companies under the Center.
