CCCME Leads Project Promotion Delegation to Uzbekistan
To strengthen China-Uzbekistan economic and trade cooperation, in particular
to promote bilateral collaboration on strategic large-scale projects by connecting China enterprises with Uzbekistan government and projects owners, under the guidance of MOFCOM and with the support of Uzbekistan Ministry of Foreign Economic, Trade and Investment Cooperation, CCCME organized a delegation to visit Uzbekistan for projects promotion. The delegation consists of 35 business representatives from 13 companies of electric power, rail transportation, agriculture, oil and gas sectors, such as China Genertec, PowerChina, China Energy Engineering Corporation, Gezhouba Group, Shanghai Electric, Citic Group, Kerui Group, etc.
The delegation visited Uzbekistan Ministry of State Economy, Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, State Construction Committee, Uzbekistan Railway Group, Uzbekistan Energy Group, and Tashkent Municipal Government. The trade promotion visit provides Chinese enterprises opportunities to acquire the latest laws and policies introduced by Uzbekistan government, which will contribute to the cooperation and implementation of China-Uzbekistan strategic mega projects.
