CCCME Successfully Hosts 2017 Canada-China Industrial Cooperation Seminar in Toronto
To further promote China-Canada trade and industrial cooperation, CCCME Vice President Liu Chun led a trade delegation of over 60 business executives and governmental officials to Toronto and hosted 2017 Canada-China Industrial Cooperation Seminar series on May 12, 2017.
Such Chinese provinces as Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Hubei, Zhejiang and Guangdong etc. rendered adequate support by organizing local enterprises to participate in the seminar. The seminar, co-hosted by Canada China Chamber of Commerce, boasted more than 140 attendees from agriculture, automobiles, advanced manufacturing, energy, E-commerce and other sectors. The Consul General of China to Toronto He Wei, Ontario Minister of International Trade Michael Chan and CCCME Vice President Liu Chun attended the forum and delivered opening remarks.
Both sides believed that Canada's advanced manufacturing industry and expertise in project management combining with China's strong productivity and outstanding efficiency would lead to more market share in the future.
