On November 2, 2017, 2017 International Engineering Consultants Forum, sponsored by China Association of Plant Engineering Consultants was held in Beijing. CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong was invited to the forum and he delivered a speech on the history of Chinese completed engineering enterprises going global and opportunities and challenges under The Belt and Road Initiative.
