Training Session on Challenge and Response to Carbon Barriers in International Trade Successfully Held Online
On January 11, 2022, the online Training Session on Challenge and Response to Carbon Barriers in International Trade hosted by CCCME Green and Low-Carbon International Cooperation Committee was successfully held.
Qian Guoqiang, Deputy General Manager of SinoCarbon Innovation & Investment Co.,Ltd., was invited to analyze and judge the origin of carbon barriers in international trade and the transformation and impact of international industry giants. Wu Bixuan, Senior Partner of Hiways(Beijing) Law Firm, was also invited to analyze the "Green Trade Barriers" including carbon tariff, "Carbon Club" and the EU Circular Economy Action Plan, and put forward specific suggestions on the pressure and challenges faced by businesses from key issues such as carbon price in the international market.
