It is especially suitable for paper tubes with small diameter and long length which is unable to keep its feet. So horizontal-type is the best way. * Five-workstation dial is controlled by PLC system automatically to locate the position preciously. It distribute paper tube into each workstation continuously for seaming and discharging. * This machine has metal cap auto-feeding device. Under the High-speed synchronous movement of paper tube, metal cap, roller and pressure head, machine works continuously automatically and preciously. * This machine has advanced auto-stand-by and auto-stop-alarm function. When working in high speed, if there is lack of paper tube/metal cap or any other malfunction, machine will go into auto-stand-by status. As soon as paper tube/metal cap is in position or malfunction is resolved, machine will go back to work automatically. Under the surveillance of sensor, machine is able to self-control speed, which enable the production line is always in high-efficiency status. * The parameter and function is set through touchscreen.
