Robustness 堅固

●新型加強型車架及具有專(zhuan) 利技術複合鉸接結構，經過百萬(wan) 次台架衝(chong) 擊疲勞實驗，1000 小時強化實驗，5000小時工業(ye) 性實驗，實現超強承載能力；

Reinforced center-articulated frame which has passed million times fatigue experimental test, 1,000 hours intensive experimental test and 5,000 hours jobsite test, it has been proved to be robust and durable. 

鏟鬥材料采用與(yu) 國內(nei) 知名鋼廠聯合開發的JF440，強度更高、耐磨性更好；

Bucket use JF440 steel which are joint-invented with renowned steel factory, it is more robust and wearable. 

驅動橋部分部件加強，提高了驅動橋的壽命， 更適合在重工礦作業(ye)

The key components of axles are reinforced which could extend service time of whole axles and makes it more suitable for heavy-duty applications.

Comfort 舒適 

●整體(ti) 式全封閉骨架結構駕駛室，防滾翻、防落物、低噪聲，營造安全、健康的駕乘環境；

LOVOL ETX (European Technology Excellent) cabin adopts skeleton structure which has great vision, solid frame and lower noise feature，these could provide a comfortable working environment for operator.

●高靠背、高性能機械懸浮座椅，減輕駕乘人員操作疲勞；

High-back mechanical suspension seat with headrest could make operator feel more comfortable. 

●帶有微增壓空調係統，環境更清潔、更舒適。

The cabin has micro pressurizing air system that makes the environment cleaner and comfortable.

1. Engine 

●標配濰柴WD10G220E21發動機，針對裝載機高粉塵的作業(ye) 環境，采用三級空氣過濾器，有效降低發動機早期磨損故障幾率，延長使用壽命；配備多級燃油濾清器，燃油適應性好，保證發動機係統清潔度。

Standard equipped with WEICHAI WD10G220E21 engine which is specialize for the heavy-dust working environment, it adopts three-stage air filter which can avoid early wear out of engine to extend service life. It also adopts multi-stage fuel filter which is suitable for various fuel to ensure the cleanliness of engine system. 

2. Transmission 

●世界著名的德國ZF 變速箱，可靠性高，操作舒適，可大幅減少維修費用；

The transmission adopts Germany ZF BP200 gearbox, it is durable and reliable that can provide long service time.

采用電子控製換擋技術，手柄具有 KD 強製換擋功能，實現二檔一檔的高效切換；

Using electronic control shift technology, the operating handle has KD function to realize efficient switching between the second gear and first gear.

3. Axles 

●橋殼優(you) 化，橫斷麵加大，輪邊支撐軸承加大，前橋承載能力可達40T；

Axle housing is optimized design through increasing the cross-section, the brace bearing of wheel hub is also reinforced, that make front axles capacity reaches 40T. 

●加強型主減及加強型輪邊壽命提升30%。 

Main reducer and wheel hub are reinforced, the service lives rise 30%. 

4. Cab 

●整體(ti) 式全封閉骨架式結構駕駛室，視野開闊，配置空調； 高靠背機械懸浮座椅，更舒適。 

Integrated closed skeleton structure cab which has great vision, equipped with air conditioning and high-back mechanical suspension seat，that make operator more comfortable. 

The cabin has micro pressurizing air system that makes the environment cleaner and comfortable.

5. Frame and Articulation 

●新型加強型車架及具有專(zhuan) 利技術的複合鉸接結構，經過百萬(wan) 次台架衝(chong) 擊疲勞試驗，1000小時的強化實驗，5000小時的工業(ye) 性實驗，實現超強的承載能力。

New reinforced front and rear frames with patented composite articulated structure went through million times fatigue experimental test, 1,000 hours intensive experimental test and 5,000 hours jobsite test, reach super strong payload capacity. 

6. Hydraulic system 

●液壓係統為(wei) 定變量，轉向泵為(wei) 變量柱塞泵，承載壓力高，可靠性高；

The hydraulic system is fix & variable system and the steering pump is piston pump with high bearing pressure and high reliability features.

●液壓係統濾芯過濾比為(wei) 200（99.5%雜質可濾除），係統更清潔，可靠性更高。

Hydraulic oil filter’s filtration ratio is 200 (means 99.5% impurities could be filtered out), that makes hydraulic system cleaner and more reliable.
