　　Henan JiangHua Measure Tools Co., Ltd. was founded in 1986. It is a modernized manufacturer of measure tools integrating scientific research, development, manufacture and export. The headquarters of the company is located in Shangqiu Economic & Technical Development Zone, Henan, with workshop areaes of 66,000m2, and architectural area of 36,000m2. The landscaping land covers more than 30% of the total area. The annual production capability is 15 million measuring tapes, 5 million screwdrivers, 3 million art knifes, and 10 thousand sets for combination tool. Now, the company has developed into the most powerful measuring tools manufacturer on size and technique in north China.

　　Now there are 760employees in the company, among of them 120 have college-degrees or above, and 156 have the professional technical titles. The company has the right for import and export. More than 90% of products are exported to Italy, Spain, Holland, Poland, Russia, USA, Canada, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Australia, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Iran, South Africa, Nigeria, Egypt, etc, totally more than 60 countries and areas.

　　In 2000, “JiangHua” measuring tool was appraised as “Henan Famous Brand Product”. In 2001, the company passed the ISO9001 International Quality Management System Certificate firstly in industry. In 2001, “JiangHua” brand was recognized as “the Top 10 Rest Assured Brand in Quality ” by China Association for Technical Supervision Information. In 2002, the company passed the European EEC Certificate successively. In 2003, the company was recognized as “Enterprise Free From Inspection for Export”. In 2006, 'Jianghua' brand was appraised as 'Henan Famous Brand' and 'Henan Famous Proudcts'. In 2008, we got the MID certificate for European market. In 2009, we got the GS certificate.
