歐盟對華高壓無縫鋼瓶發起反傾銷調查

2024年12月6日，歐盟委員會(hui) 發布公告稱，應歐盟企業(ye) Cylinders Holding a.s.、Dalmine S.p.A.、Eurocylinder Systems AG (ECS)、Faber Industrie S.p.A.和Worthington Cylinders GmbH於(yu) 2024年10月24日提出的申請，對原產(chan) 於(yu) 中國的高壓無縫鋼瓶（High-pressure Seamless Steel Cylinders）發起反傾(qing) 銷調查。涉案產(chan) 品的歐盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）編碼為(wei) ex 7311 00 11、ex 7311 00 13、ex 7311 00 19和ex 7311 00 30（TARIC編碼為(wei) 7311 00 11 15、7311 00 11 80、7311 00 13 15、7311 00 13 80、7311 00 19 15、7311 00 19 80、7311 00 30 15和7311 00 30 80）。本案傾(qing) 銷調查期為(wei) 2023年10月1日至2024年9月30日，損害調查期為(wei) 2021年1月1日至傾(qing) 銷調查期結束。本案初裁預計將於(yu) 7個(ge) 月內(nei) 作出，最長不超過8個(ge) 月。
