美國ITC發布對電子煙產品的337部分終裁

2024年12月6日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）發布公告稱，對特定電子煙產(chan) 品（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices，調查編碼：337-TA-1410）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官於(yu) 2024年11月5日作出的初裁（No.26）不予複審，即基於(yu) 同意令，終止對列名被告美國Bidi Vapor, LLC of Orlando, FL的調查並發布一項同意令。

2024年10月8日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）發布終裁：對本案行政法官於(yu) 2024年9月16日作出的初裁（No.17）不予複審，即認定中國香港Vapeonly Technology Co. 2024年9月23日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）發布終裁：對本案行政法官於(yu) 2024年8月28日作出的初裁（No.10）不予複審，即基於(yu) 同意令，終止對列名被告中國廣東(dong) Kimsun Technology (HuiZhou) Co., Ltd. of China吉盛科技（惠州）有限公司的調查。

2024年7月17日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）投票決(jue) 定對特定電子煙產(chan) 品（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1410）。

2024年6月11日，美國RAI Strategic Holdings, Inc of Winston-Salem, NC、美國R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company of Winston-Salem, NC、美國R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company of Winston-Salem, NC、美國RAI Services Company of Winston-Salem, NC向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chan) 品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國注冊(ce) 專(zhuan) 利號11925202），請求美國ITC發布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令，並申請在調查期間采取臨(lin) 時救濟措施。
