美國ITC發布對智能穿戴設備、係統及其組件的337部分終裁

2024年6月4日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）發布公告稱，對特定智能穿戴設備、係統及其組件（Certain Smart Wearable Devices, Systems, and Components Thereof，調查編碼：337-TA-1398）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官於(yu) 2024年5月3日作出的初裁（No.8）不予複審，即將列名被告Guangdong Jiu Zhi Technology Co. Ltd.更正為(wei) Shenzhen Ninenovo Technology Limited，更正列名被告RingConn LLC.的地址。

2024年4月12日，美國國際貿易委員會(hui) （ITC）投票決(jue) 定對特定智能穿戴設備、係統及其組件（Certain Smart Wearable Devices, Systems, and Components Thereof）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1398）。

2024年3月13日，美國Ouraring, Inc. of San Francisco, CA、芬蘭(lan) Ōura Health Oy of Oulu, Finland向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chan) 品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國注冊(ce) 專(zhuan) 利號11,868,178、11,868,179、10,842,429），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

印度Ultrahuman Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. of India、阿聯酋Ultrahuman Healthcare SP LLC of United Arab Emirates、英國Ultrahuman Healthcare Ltd. of United Kingdom、中國廣東(dong) Guangdong Jiu Zhi Technology Co. Ltd. of Zhongshan City, China、美國RingConn LLC of Wilmington, DE、法國Circular SAS of France為(wei) 列名被告。
