操作力矩:操作力矩是選擇閥門電動裝置的最主要參數。電動蝶閥運動過程可由行程、轉矩或軸向推力的大小來控製。由於(yu) 閥門電動裝置的工作特性和利用率取決(jue) 於(yu) 閥門的種類、裝置工作規範及閥門在管線或設備上的位置， 閥門電動蝶閥裝置是實現閥門程控、自控和遙控不可缺少的設備。因此，正確選擇閥門電動裝置，對防止出現超負荷現象(工作轉矩高於(yu) 控製轉矩)至關(guan) 重要。通常，正確選擇閥門電動蝶閥裝置的依據。
電動裝置輸出力矩應為(wei) 閥門操作最大力矩的1.2-1.5倍。
電動蝶閥操作推力:閥門電動裝置的主機結構有兩(liang) 種:一種是不配置推力盤。輸出力矩通過推力盤中的閥杆螺母轉換為(wei) 輸出推力。直接輸出力矩;另一種是配置推力盤。
輸出軸轉動圈數:閥門電動裝置輸出軸轉動圈數的多少與(yu) 閥門的公稱通徑、閥杆螺距、螺紋頭數有關(guan) 。H為(wei) 閥門開啟高度，要按M=HZS計算(M為(wei) 電動裝置應滿足的總轉動圈數。S為(wei) 閥杆傳(chuan) 動螺紋螺距，Z為(wei) 閥杆螺紋頭數。
