Face Mask Machine

This machine is fully automatic face mask machine.

一台出片機加一台全自動焊耳機組成的全自動一拖一口罩機

機器輸出麵罩本體(ti) 後，由傳(chuan) 送帶結構將麵罩本體(ti) 切片機構翻轉，通過翻轉機構將麵罩板翻轉到耳罩機輸送帶上，以連接耳罩，再通過輸送帶將麵罩耳罩傳(chuan) 送到前麵 將機器的第一個(ge) 口罩板上方，最後通過圓筒向下穿過口罩落到麵罩耳機盤上，通過耳罩跟進帶焊機的耳朵完成，並采取行動，例如戴上口罩以完成手術 產(chan) 品。

該機采用PLC，觸摸屏控製，主輸送帶采用單相電機傳(chuan) 動，步進電機翻轉，傳(chuan) 動準確，控製穩定，速度可調。
