廣州互利工貿有限公司是一家集工、貿一體(ti) 化的外向型民營企業(ye) 。一九九九年八月正式成立，主要從(cong) 事高效節能燈、電線、電纜的生產(chan) 製造。二00一年十二月經國家外經貿部批準，獲得進出口經營權，開始經營日用電器、五金工具、日用百貨、文具及箱包等進出口業(ye) 務。

Guangzhou Ulix Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. specializes in industry and trade. As a civilian operated enterprise, the company was established in August 1998 and focuses on producing high effect energy saving lamp, wires and cables. With the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Economy & Trade, the company was authorized the import & export right in Dec. 2001. Since then, the company has involved in the business of daily-used electrical appliance, metalware tools, daily-used merchandises, stationery and cases. 

Guided by the strategy of walking out of the domestic market, the company is developing new products and improving product quality owing to advanced technology, and powerful designing team. Currently, the ulix brand products are sold well in America, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa etc. At present, the company has established branches in Chile and Peru.
